Hello Green Smoothie!

I really enjoy drinking Green smoothies, I hear that there are great benefits to drinking Green Smoothies. Please allow me to share with you the information that I found.

1.  You get More Energy! Hey we all need that, Am I right?

2. Regular Digestion...This is so good for me, because I have problems with my digestive system. 


3. You will Experience fewer cravings for sugary and salty processed food.


4. You can lose weight! My favorite!


5. Your Skin becomes Radiant! Who doesn't want radiant skin?


6. Your Blood sugar maybe stabilized!

7. You may feel the need to exercise! 


8. Hair and Nails grow stronger and stronger!


9. Receive fewer mood swings!


I also hear that Green Smoothies also Alkaline your body.
I want to share with you all, the Green Smoothie Recipe that I have in this picture.

8-10oz of Almond Milk
1 Banana
1 cup of Spinach
1/2 cup of frozen Pineapples


This have became one of my favorite Green Smoothies, although I have printed out more Green Smoothies to try, but so far, this is the only that I love.
